Text about a contract with the Realm of Roses

We are always on a mission to obtain information. When Emerald Scale, then the shield of the Realm of Roses, lost his strength to several precise blows against the essence on the battlefield, he was subsequently taught the benefits of the essence. An exchange of his life for information from a chest was arranged with the Realm of Roses. Emissaries of the empire tried to provide us with erroneous information. According to the agreement, we kept his life. A small group of fighters tried to prevent us from doing so  by force of arms, but to no avail. Contract is contract.
